Hourly Personal Training Space Booking

This allow you to book a personal training space hour by hour.

• Upon booking by hour, the freelancer is simply booking the space to hold a personal training session.

• The freelancer is permitted to have 1-2 clients per hour. Session will be terminated if witnessed otherwise.

• Subscribers to this type of booking will be paying the freelancers directly and not through Leia’s payment gateway.

Do not proceed with this payment if timings of the booking have not been discussed with Leia's Sales Manager.

User Agreement:

Freelancers' User Agreement:

1. Freelancers must be informed that programs at Leia Fitness Studio are exclusively for females, and no males are allowed.
2. For 4-weekly group class plans, a refund of the downpayment will be provided if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the program begins.
3. After each session, the coach must ensure that the space is cleared and ready for the next session.
4. Freelancers are required to adhere to the schedule and arrive before the designated session time to prepare.
5. The sessions should fall within the realm of physical activity.
6. Freelancers must record attendance in the attendance screen to avoid deductions.
7. A deduction of 10 KD will be made for each subscriber for each day of no-show, compensating for another class.
8. If a coach fails to attend for more than 4 times during the program, no payment will be issued, and the amount will be returned to the subscribers.
9. Rescheduling is not technically permitted.
10. Incase the coach would fall behind with the minimum permitted number of subscribers for the chosen plan, coach will have to choose a plan that is compatible.
11. If coach would receive 0 subscribers and does not cancel before 14 days, she is not required to pay other static costs.
12. 4-weekly Personal training space bookings are non-refundable.
13. For freelancers booking personal training spaces, no more than two clients are allowed in the area.
14. For freelancers booking personal training spaces, sessions should be held within a window of 30 days, missed sessions should be compensated within this time frame or will be marked missed.
15. For hourly bookings, the type of session held should be related to health, wellness, or physical activity otherwise, session will be terminated without a refund.
16. Freelancers who do not comply with this agreement will be prevented from conducting sessions at Leia.

Subscribers' User Agreement:

1. Only females are permitted to enter Leia Fitness Studio.
2. Subscribers must arrive at the session no later than 5 minutes after the designated time to minimize distractions.
3. Subscriptions are non-refundable; however, if the coach agrees, private coordination may be arranged to reschedule the program.
4. In the event of the coach's absence, the subscriber will be compensated with a free class pass.
5. Monthly Personal training programs should be held within a window of 30 days not more. Sessions that aren’t compensated within this time frame will be cancelled.
6. Personal training sessions will not be rescheduled if client notifies the trainer within the 5 hours before the actual session time. It will be marked as missed.
